Welder Skill Training in Level III – Expert Welders aimed to develop individual to posses a prerequisites amount of knowledge, attitude, skills and habits required to perform tasks autonomously, including the selection and use of appropriate techniques and equipment, and to apply theoretical knowledge and motor skills with minimum supervision. Trainees desiring to be trained in Level III- Expert shall demonstrate the ability to pass workmanship qualification, written examination and performance qualification in accordance with therequirements of AWS QC10-2004 “Specification for Qualification and Certification for Entry Level
Welder and AWS QC11-96 “ Specification for Qualification and Certification for Level II Advanced. The AWS EG4.0-96 document, “Guide for the Training and Qualification of Welding Personnel Level III – Expert Welder, establishes the minimum requirements necessary to standardize the training and qualification of Level III- Expert Welders throughout the United Arab Emirates and worldwide.
